What’s new at Hazel Grove Sixth Form for September 2027?
We’re excited to be expanding our Sixth Form offer for September 2027 with the introduction of two new opportunities for students.
Alongside our established A Level provision, we will be launching a T Level in Engineering. Designed for students whose strengths, interests and future aspirations align with a more technical and applied route, the qualification combines academic learning with the development of practical industry skills.
We are also introducing a High Performance Rugby Pathway for girls, providing talented student-athletes with the opportunity to combine their studies with high-quality coaching, strength and conditioning, and performance development.
Visitors to our Open Evening will be able to learn more about both opportunities, explore our newly renovated technology facilities and speak to staff about the options available.
Do I need to register?
There is no requirement to book if you would like to attend, but we highly recommend registering your interest to have early access to our Open Evening subject seminar schedule so you can plan your evening.
By registering, you will also be the first to receive the latest Sixth Form updates and information about applying.

Our Sixth Form is located within the grounds of Hazel Grove High School. Our address is Hazel Grove High School, Jacksons Lane, Hazel Grove, SK7 5JX.
On-site parking is limited, so we strongly encourage visitors to walk or use public transport where possible.

The deadline to submit your application is Monday 7th December 2026 at 6pm. Please ensure all sections of the form are completed and submitted before the deadline.
When do I find out whether I’ve been offered a conditional place?
All applicants will be invited to a consultation meeting with a member of our senior leadership team. This is an opportunity to discuss your current progress, Sixth Form subject choices, and future aspirations.
Following your consultation, conditional offers will be issued in February 2027. Final places will be confirmed following registration on GCSE Results Day.
