Hazel Grove High School students left audiences amazed after returning to the stage to present Matilda Jr The Musical. The production took place on three successive nights after two years of blackout due to Covid restrictions.
The show featured a range of young and senior students who all have different experience in theatre from inside and outside of school, with several students playing their first principal role.
The production was a spoken and singing performance which showcased the talent in the Performing Arts and Music departments.
The cast took us through the story of a young girl who finds out she has super powers and uses them to eradicate bullying in her school.
Congratulations to all the students who were involved and thank you to the production staff for making the performance one we will never forget!
