Sixth Form Admissions
We are delighted that you are considering Hazel Grove Sixth Form for your post-16 studies.
All students who apply for Hazel Grove Sixth Form will be invited to attend a consultation meeting with a member of our senior leadership team. You will be given the opportunity to discuss your current progress, Sixth Form subject choices and future aspirations. A conditional offer of a place in the Sixth Form will be issued following the consultation meeting and you will also be invited to attend an Induction Day prior to starting in September.
Final registration will take place on GCSE results day. At any point leading up to this date, please continue to discuss with us any questions or issues which you might have.
