My Child at School (MCAS)

MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) is an online portal for parents and carers that enables them to view their child’s performance, make payments and send messages to school in real-time via the MCAS app or a web browser.

The MCAS app enables parents and carers to view their child’s attendance, grades, homework, assessment, exams, timetable, class list, behaviour, and reports.

As well as pupil performance data, the portal also provides general information about school, such as the school calendar and any important announcements. The service also displays if a teacher records your child attending an after-school session.

You can now set up your new parent account directly from the Parent Login screen.

Open the Parent Login screen and select Sign Up.

Next you will need to enter the school ID (13503), or the school postcode (SK7 5JX) then select our school from the dropdown menu.

Click ‘Continue’, enter your email address, and then click ‘Sign Up’.

Once complete, you will see the message ‘To complete your registration, we have sent an email to the email address you provided. Please access your email and follow the steps to create your password‘.

You will then receive an email with a link to a one time passcode. After verifying the code in the link you will be asked to create a password for the account.

You will then be able to login with your email address and password.

Online Payments

Hazel Grove High School is a cashless school and we ask all parents and carers to use our e-payment method. Through the MCAS payment system, you will be able to top up your child’s dinner money as well as pay for other items, e.g. revision guides, trips, replacement canteen cards, House t-shirts, etc.

Cash Payments via PayPoint

Those wishing to pay cash via PayPoint should contact the school finance office and we will supply you with a barcode letter which you can take to one of the following stores:

  • Morrisons Daily – Arundel Avenue
  • Morrisons Daily – Fiveways Parade
  • Costcutter – Redford Drive
  • Asda – London Road
