End Of Term Letter Home
As we reach the end of another long but successful term can I first put on record my thanks to all the staff, students and parents of our Hazel Grove community who make this school such a delight to be part of. Our Year 7’s have settled wonderfully well into Hazel Grove life and we continue to receive notes from the general public about how smart all our students look and how well behaved they all are in the community. The first round of monitoring is also impressive and I shall be meeting individuals in January to pass on my congratulations.
Return to school and cycle helmets
We return on a Week 2 timetable on Monday January 9th 2017. Can I remind all parents of those students who cycle to school that children must be wearing a helmet to school from the new term.
Please remember trainers are not permitted as part of the school uniform, any student found to be wearing non school shoes in January may be sent home to change their footwear.
Can I thank everyone who was involved in the fabulous Christmas Concert on Thursday night, it was a great celebration of the talent in the Performing Arts department. Well done to everyone who took part.
The last week of term in Summer is always one of the most exciting as we host our third annual Enrichment Week. Projects being run this year are detailed in the booklet that should be coming home to you today. Please can we have all returns by the published date.
Can I finally take the opportunity to thank all parents for their support of the school. I wish each and every single Hazel Grover and their families a very enjoyable Christmas and a very happy 2017.
