ParentPay

Hazel Grove High School is a cashless school and we ask all parents and carers to only use our e-payment method to pay for dinner money, trips, activities and other items such as revision guides. This can be done online using a very secure website called ParentPay or in cash at local stores where you see the PayPoint logo.

When students join the school, parents and carers will be issued with a secure online account with a unique user ID and password (this can be changed to something more memorable). If you have two or more children at school, you only need to activate one account. You can then just add your other children to this account via the ‘Add a Child’ tab on your home page. You can also add your children who attend other ParentPay schools to this account.

Cash Payments via PayPoint

Those wishing to pay cash via Paypoint should contact the school finance office and we will supply you with a barcode letter which you can take to one of the following stores:

  • Spar – Arundel Avenue
  • Morrisons Daily – Arundel Avenue
  • Morrisons Daily – Fiveways Parade
  • Costcutter – Redford Drive
  • Asda – London Road
