A Level Results Success

Congratulations to all of our fantastic Year 12 and Year 13 students on a brilliant year of results.


Hazel Grove Sixth Formers had great cause for celebration last Thursday as they celebrated Hazel Groves best ever A level results since the centre opened in 2013. 

The Sixth Form Centre celebrated its highest ever pass rate of 99.1%. The centre will also be sending its first set of students to both Oxford and Cambridge University.

Rosie Crawford (pictured below) achieved A* in Geography and 2 A’sin Textiles and Art, Rosie will now join Oxford University in September to start a course in Archaeology and Anthropology

Meanwhile Jessica Bradbury (pictured below) achieved 3 A*’s in Maths, Further Maths and Physics and will enroll at Leeds University to study Maths.  Poppy Cliffe (pictured below), achieved 2 A*’s and 2 A’s and will start the new term at Birmingham University

Mr Vickers, head of Sixth Form stated “It’s been great this morning to see all their hard work and endeavour throughout the year pay off. We’ve got a great group of students who deserve the success which they have achieved.”
