Five students have been selected to represent Hazel Grove High School at The Great Big Dance Off, a national dance competition for schools.
The girls, who are all members of the school’s Elite Dance Company, took part in an inter-house dance competition to gain their places and will now compete nationally against other schools.
We are thrilled that Georgia in Year 7, Isabelle and Chloe in Year 8, Charlotte in Year 10 and Georgia in Year 11 will be dancing for the school at this prestigious dance tournament and wish them all the very best of luck.

Congratulations also to students Maisie, Kiri and Jessica who have all been placed in the top five nationally for their age groups by the UDOIT Dance Foundation. Last year our school reached the finals of the UDOIT national dance tournament, achieving an incredible first place in the ‘All Styles’ category. Although the competition could not go ahead this year, it’s wonderful to see our students continuing to make such fantastic progress.
We are fortunate to have such a wealth of talent at the school and well done to all members of the Elite Dance Company, which continues to go from strength to strength.
