If you think your young person has SEND and would like some advice and support, we recommend the following four steps:

Steps to take if you think your child has SEND. 1 Contact our SEND Team by email via sendleads@hazelgrovehigh.co.uk 2 Our SEND Leads will respond to discuss your concerns and queries. 3 SEND Leads will then liaise with your young person's teachers to get their feedback 4 Our SEND Leads will then be in touch to discuss next steps and support plans.
