SEND information report 

This details the support we have in place for students with SEND. It is structured under a number of frequently asked questions.  

SEND Policy 

This provides an overview of the fundamental practice for SEND in our school. The SEND policy considers Government legislation and the requirements highlighted in the SEND Code of Practice. 

Accessibility plan 

This is our action plan for increasing the accessibility of our school for students with SEND. It also includes an audit of where we rate ourselves with respect to different aspects of accessibility across our school.  

SEND curriculum statement 

This explains how we incorporate SEND into every aspect of school life, including the curriculum and co-curriculum activities. 

Student handbook 

This is designed to provide students with an overview of what to expect at secondary school to support them in their transition. 

Transition pack for parents 

This is designed to provide parents with an overview of how we operate as a SEND department and is particularly useful for parents whose children are transitioning to secondary school or who have recently been added to the SEND register. 

SEND Parent champions overview 

Our SEND Champions are parents/carers who are passionate about developing our policies and practices to allow children and young people with SEND and their families to be well supported throughout their secondary education.
