Once a student has a place within the Resource Centre an appropriate transition package will be set up dependent on the child's individual need. Staff from Hazel Grove High School will visit students in their own familiar surroundings and the students will then visit the Resource Centre.

The students will also be invited to the whole school year 6 induction day.
